Cookies are small text files which get stored on your computer when you visit a website. They have all sorts of uses, but here on my website I only use cookies from Google Analytic.

These cookies do not store personal information and there is no way I can identify an individual from them, but they do help me to understand how people use my site and this helps me to make my site better and more useful for you.

The sort of information which Google Analytics provides me with includes how many visitors a page on the site has had, how long they looked at that page for and what type of browser they were using.

This does not enable me to identify individuals and no sensitive information is ever stored.

You can always change your cookie settings through your browser, but you should be aware that blocking all cookies can stop some websites from working properly.
